This page explains what personal data we collect when you use Ristill, and why.

What we collect

Account details (name, work email, organisation), the tracking profile you create, your delivery settings, and usage information such as which briefs were generated and delivered.

How we use it

To run the service: find and write briefs relevant to your organisation, deliver them, support your account and process payments. We do not sell your data.

Service providers

We use trusted providers for hosting and database, email delivery, payments and AI processing. They process data only to provide their service to us. Messages sent through our contact form are passed to us by Web3Forms, and we use them only to reply to you.

Security

Access to your account is controlled, and the delivery credentials you connect are stored encrypted. If you think you have found a security problem, please write to support@ristill.com and we will look into it.

Your choices

You can access, correct or delete your data by contacting support@ristill.com. Delivery credentials you connect are stored encrypted and can be removed at any time.
